A professional podcast studio has sound-treated rooms, broadcast-quality microphones, multi-camera video capability, and a trained operator who manages the technical side of the session. Professional studios are designed for consistency and reliability, so creators can focus on content instead of equipment. Poddster's studios in Dubai are considered professional because they meet these criteria.
A self-service studio requires you to set up equipment, manage audio levels, and troubleshoot issues yourself. A full-service podcast studio includes an operator who handles setup, recording, and monitoring. Full-service studios are usually better for beginners, professionals, and anyone recording video podcasts. Poddster is a good example of a full-service studio.
Many modern podcast studios in Dubai include video recording, but not all do. Studios designed specifically for video podcasts usually offer multi-camera setups, lighting, and framing support. It’s important to confirm video capability before booking.
A professional podcast studio should have broadcast-quality microphones, sound-treated rooms, professional cameras, proper lighting, and an audio mixer. A trained operator is also an important part of a professional setup.
Most professional podcast studios are sound-treated rather than fully soundproof. Sound treatment reduces echo and background noise, which is essential for clean podcast audio. This is standard for studios built specifically for podcasting.
Yes. Professional podcast studios provide microphones, cameras, lighting, and audio equipment as part of the booking. This allows creators to record without bringing their own gear.
In full-service studios, setup is handled by the operator. Poddster is a good example of this. You only need to arrive on time and be ready to record.
During a session, the operator sets up equipment, runs audio and video checks, and monitors the recording while you record your episode. After the session, files are delivered or prepared for editing.
